About Me

Hi, im John. As a certified trainer and wellness coach for over a decade now, I'm dedicated to helping clients transform their lives through fitness. With personalised plans tailored to your unique needs, we'll work together to reach your goals and build a healthier, stronger you.

I know what it's like to struggle with weight, mental health and motivation on a daily basis. It can be a real struggle to take care of yourself in this day and age with all the responsibilities and difficulties life can throw at you. It can be a constant battle without support and without someone who understands who can listen and motivate you to take better care of yourself, not only for your own sake but that of the people who care about you too.

I will be here to support you through your journey. I will stay by your side to motivate you and i will do all i can do to help you improve your health and fitness and Be Better Than Yesterday.

It takes hard work and persistence to improve your physical health and mental health. It takes changing things, dropping things and also adopting new habits to really improve yourself. I will be here to make that easier and keep you accountable and excited about the new future you are building for yourself.

An honest look at me and why i care about you.

Throughout my life i have struggled with mental health difficulties, not just one but many, sometimes feeling overwhelming. These are self doubt, low self esteem, imposter syndrome, zero confidence, social anxiety and awkwardness, constant negative overthinking and depression. On top of that i have struggled with my weight for most of my life. This came hand in hand with my mental health. When i struggled mentally my weight would increase by 3 or 4 stone and this wasn't healthy muscle but unhealthy fat.

The one constant throughout my life that has always helped in a huge way is my health and fitness. I know from years of experience how a healthy body and healthy approach to life can massively improve your mental health and have positive impacts on many aspects of your life.

Focusing on my health and my fitness, eating well, exercising often and socialising has been priceless in helping me deal with my difficulties and built a positive foundation going forward. There are days where i still struggle and there are days where everyone struggles with difficulties in life but with some help and support and making small positive changes on a regular basis you can Be Better Than Yesterday and fight back.

Its because of my struggles that i want to be there and help others. Its difficult to ask for help and i want people to know that they can talk to me without judgement because i know what its like and that i will see and hear you.
